Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after this period.

All items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that all custom orders—including custom cutting boards—are final.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, and a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Exchanges

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary based on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
